CMC actuators are a strong fit for mobile and industrial equipment that needs compact 12V hydraulic power, including utility vehicle dump beds, trailers and leveling systems, lift tables, platform lifts, drum handling equipment, accessibility systems, and other specialty OEM machinery. 

In addition to self-contained hydraulic actuators, CMC can supply machined housings, brackets, and related components that integrate the actuator into your equipment. Our in-house machining and assembly capabilities let us support both standalone actuators and more complete mechanical packages. 

Yes. If you share your load, stroke, speed, duty cycle, mounting constraints, and basic environmental conditions, our team can help recommend an actuator configuration and mounting approach that fits your application. 

Yes. CMC actuators were originally developed for marine and outdoor use and are designed for wet, dirty, and corrosive environments. That same design makes them well-suited to trailers, utility vehicles, material handling, and other exposed industrial applications.

We offer multiple stroke options and mounting configurations for our actuators. Once we review your application requirements, we can confirm available standard configurations and discuss any custom needs. 

We support a range of volumes from lower-volume specialty equipment to higher-volume OEM programs. When you submit an inquiry, we’ll discuss expected annual usage, order patterns, and stocking strategies as part of the quoting process. 

Timelines depend on whether you are using an existing actuator configuration or need custom mounting or integration work. After we review your requirements, we’ll provide both technical recommendations and estimated lead times for samples and production. 

CMC primarily serves OEMs in North America, but we can review international applications on a case-by-case basis. If you’re outside the U.S., include your location and logistics requirements in your inquiry so we can confirm what’s possible.
